Terms of use
The terms for using MCP Hosted: the website, the hosted service and the self-hosted server.
Who we are
MCP Hosted is a trade name of Pixel Perfect (Pixel Perfect Agency B.V.), Watertoren 51a, 3247 CL Dirksland, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 89660374. You can reach us at [email protected].
By using the website, the hosted service or the self-hosted server, you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use them.
The service
We run MCP servers that connect your AI assistant to the software you use, through the public API of that software. We are not affiliated with those tools, and their own terms apply to your account with them.
The self-hosted server contains open-source software, such as PHP and Laravel. Those parts come with their own open-source licenses. Where such a license and these terms differ, the license wins.
Paying
Each tool is sold on its own: a subscription for the hosted service, or a one-time license for the self-hosted server. Polar handles the payment, and you see the price before you pay.
You can cancel a subscription at any time on Polar, which you open from your billing settings. It then runs until the end of the period you paid for. A license starts every build made within a year of the purchase, and those builds keep working after that year.
Your AI assistant and your tools
You decide which tools you connect and what your AI assistant may do with them. Some connections can make changes, such as deploying a site, so give an API key only the permissions you need. AI assistants make mistakes: check an answer before you rely on it, and a change before you approve it.
Only connect accounts you are allowed to use, and follow the terms of the tools you connect. Your AI assistant is not ours, and its own terms apply to how you use it.
Keep your email account safe: whoever can read your email can sign in to MCP Hosted. Do not use MCP Hosted to break the law or to harm others, and do not try to overload, attack or misuse our service or the tools it connects to.
The website
What is on this website is there to inform you about MCP Hosted. We keep it as accurate as we can, but it can contain mistakes, and it is not advice. The MCP check answers from public sources, so it can be wrong or out of date.
The site links to websites of others. We are not responsible for their content or how they work.
Our name and logo
MCP Hosted and its hexagon logo belong to Pixel Perfect. You may use the name to say that you use MCP Hosted, but not in a way that suggests we made or endorse something we did not. The names and logos of the tools we connect to belong to their owners.
No warranty
We provide MCP Hosted as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we cannot promise that it is always available, that it is free of errors, or that every tool keeps its API working.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage from using MCP Hosted, such as lost data, lost income or a change your AI assistant made. This does not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.
Changes
We can change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change matters for you, we email you before it applies, and if you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms, and a dispute goes to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection the law of your own country gives you, and you can also take a dispute to the court where you live.
