If a tool call fails
- An integration has an outage
- The tool's own API is not responding. Your connection and API key are unaffected. Try again once it is operational.
- Background processing is degraded
- Your tools keep working. Jobs have waited more than five minutes, so a new subscription or a support email may take longer.
- Everything is operational, but a tool call fails
- The cause is most likely a setting: the API key, its permissions, or the URL in your AI assistant. The troubleshooting page lists every error and its fix. Troubleshooting

- Our platform is down. Your connections and API keys are unaffected. Please try again in a few minutes.
